• Wetland delineation for MA and ACOE permits and flag location survey
• site layout – driveway, wetland crossing, house location, grading, landscaping
• stormwater management and BMP design
• permitting – Conservation Commission and ACOE (wetlands), Department of Conservation and Recreation (Watershed Act), Planning Board Site Plan Review for land clearing area, driveway length, land slopes, and stormwater permit.

Two four-unit buildings to be constructed on three acres of hillside surrounded by wetlands.
